The Pandemonium Bureau are an alternative avant garde project from Japan and Scotland-Featuring Toshiyuki Hiraoka whom is known for his music for horror film soundtracks and his solo album releases and collaborations and William Westwater from the theatre macabre band Fear Incorporated and also Voodoo Bible and several other dark bands-both parties have come together to create a diverse sound.
